A fitness routine takes time and discipline before it becomes a habit! Once you set a goal of at least three days a week 4% (one hour) of your day for YOU, it will become part of a healthy lifestyle! I personally lift weights and engage in kickboxing to relieve stress, build muscle and stamina and provide overall mental health! At 56 it can be a challenge but you push through and never let it beat you! So if you are a little confused on where to start contact me I have been there trust me!
