Nutrition is as much if not more important than a regular fitness routine. The 80/20 works as a good guide to keep track of nutrition goals. The rule goes that you choose to eat healthy foods 80 per cent of the time which then allows you to indulge in your favorite treats 20 per cent of the time. Easy to follow and not a crazy diet plan that won't work. This does not mean 20 per cent to go on an all-out unhealthy binge so pick a day and have a cheat meal you deserve because you worked out at least three days a week and watched your sugar and refined carb intake! Remember any fitness routine and nutrition goal is worth putting in the time to stay healthy!
